God is love

I’ve had an awesome week in the presence of an Almighty God. What made it even more awesome was that God was reminding me that I’m not saved by my works, but by His mercy; by the redeeming blood of my saviour Jesus Christ.

He didn’t promise me days without rain (hailstorms even!), but He did promise to never leave me nor forsake me. He told me that His grace would always be sufficient for me. I know that my weeping is but for a moment and joy shall come in the morning. I am content, and yes even happy amidst it all because I know that I serve a living God.

Taste and see that the Lord is good.

I love you dear Father, and I know that you are more than enough for me.

Muhits, i’ve been reading this book ‘your best life now’ and Joel Osteen talks to you in a way that you really appreciate. I particularly like when he says……..
If you will trust in God, He will fight your battles for you. It doesnt matter what your going thru, if u keep an attitude of faith, be positive and at peace, God will change things to your favour. When u get negative thoughts, replace them with positive ones. God will never give you something he knows you cant handle! so keep the faith and trust in Him to lead you.
